The Rana Verde Peperomia is one of many peperomias that make great houseplants, commonly used for table top decor for your home or office. This plant has thick, round, heart-shaped leaves that are a deep green color. The unique foliage makes this a wonderful indoor decor piece that has a compact growth habit, not reaching larger than about 12" tall. This plant is great at cleaning the air in your home as it reduces the level of formaldehyde indoors. It is also pet-friendly and does not require much maintenance. It is a fragile plant so a few leaves may fall off during transit, but dip them in rooting hormone and you can grow a second plant.

BIODEGRADABLE GROW POT
Our biodegradable grow pots are made of 50% sphagnum peat, wood fiber and lime to adjust the pH. The peat content provides a combination of superior root penetration, good drainage and aeration whilst the wood fibers strengthen the pot.
Designed for easy transplant. They are 100% compostable and approved for organic production. Simply place the entire biodegradable pot into your planter and the roots of your plant will soon grow through and decompose the pot.
ECO-FRIENDLY ROOT POUCH
Our recycled & semi-degradable eco-friendly fabric bags are made from a mix all natural fibers and recycled plastic water bottles saved from landfills. The breathable fabric allows for your plants to stay cool in the summer and provides good drainage to avoid overwatering. They provide a healthy environment for your plant to grow by pruning the roots and creating dense, healthy root structures.
These fabric bags are washable and recyclable. It will take 1-2 years for the bags to semi degrade. Use your fabric bag as a decorative planter and remove from the bag when it is time to repot. This planter is designed by Root Pouch.

Enjoys bright, indirect light but shield away from any direct sun as this may burn the leaves. Can also be grown under fluorescent light, making this plant appropriate for the office.
Water about every 7-14 days, allowing the soil to dry out before watering again. Do not overwater, better to water less when starting than more. Water less frequently in winter as the thick leaves store water. Keep the leaves dry when watering.
Ideal temperature is 65°F-75°F and prefers a warmer climate. Does not like temperatures below 50°F. This plant does not require humidity and standard household humidity is fine.
Controlled growth that does not reach more than 8" tall. Fertilize every 2-3 weeks during the summer with a diluted liquid fertilizer, none from autumn to spring.
Do not repot frequently, root bound and shallow pots are best. Repot when the roots are overgrown using a rich, well-draining soil. Size up your pot 1" at a time.
This peperomia can be propagated through division or leaf cuttings in spring. For division, gently remove the plant pup from the pot and plant into moist soil. For leaf cuttings, remove a small piece of leaf, dip in rooting hormone, and plant into moist soil. Cover with a plastic bag to create a humid environment and give bright, direct light.
Non-toxic and safe to keep around pets.
