BIODEGRADABLE GROW POT
Our biodegradable grow pots are made of 50% sphagnum peat, wood fiber and lime to adjust the pH. The peat content provides a combination of superior root penetration, good drainage and aeration whilst the wood fibers strengthen the pot.
Designed for easy transplant. They are 100% compostable and approved for organic production. Simply place the entire biodegradable pot into your planter and the roots of your plant will soon grow through and decompose the pot.
ECO-FRIENDLY ROOT POUCH
Our recycled & semi-degradable eco-friendly fabric bags are made from a mix all natural fibers and recycled plastic water bottles saved from landfills. The breathable fabric allows for your plants to stay cool in the summer and provides good drainage to avoid overwatering. They provide a healthy environment for your plant to grow by pruning the roots and creating dense, healthy root structures.
These fabric bags are washable and recyclable. It will take 1-2 years for the bags to semi degrade. Use your fabric bag as a decorative planter and remove from the bag when it is time to repot. This planter is designed by Root Pouch.

LIGHT
Ideal is bright, indirect light without exposure to direct light. The plant can tolerate low light conditions but ideally needs about 3-4 hours of indirect light a day to thrive.
WATER
Water about every 5-10 days when the soil is dry. Bi-weekly watering is more than enough. Water regularly in spring and summer and lessen during wintertime. This plant is sensitive to water with chlorine and minerals and prefers distilled or rain water.
ENVIRONMENT
Prefers a slight cool climate of about 55°F-65°F to be the most happy. Can tolerate low temperatures but try to avoid anything below 50°F. Enjoys humidity so mist the leaves occasionally in the mornings.
GROWTH
This plant can grow up to 2' tall and 3' wide indoors. Fertilize with small amounts of organic fertilizer every 2-3 weeks during summer only to promote growth. Be cautious as too much fertilizer may cause brown tips.
REPOTTING
This plant does not need to be repotted often. Only repot if the rootball starts to grow out of your soil. Repot during the springtime and use a rich, well-draining soil.
PROPAGATING
This is one of the easiest plants to propagate as you just have to plant to pups that grow from the mother plant. Pick a plantlet that is bushy with a lot of roots, remove it from the mother plant, and press the roots into moist soil.
TOXICITY
Non-toxic and safe to be around your dog. Be careful around cats as it may cause an upset stomach if eaten.
